OBO Converter

The OBO Converter is a Tab plugin for Protégé to convert OBO format files into OWL files and vice-versa (keeping in mind that OWL to OBO conversions can lose information if one encodes things in OWL that cannot be expressed in OBO).
It is also developed in a manner such that it can work as a standalone conversion program.
