OWL Converter

The OWL Converter is a plugin for OBOEdit to convert OBO format files into OWL files and vice-versa. Keep in mind that OWL to OBO conversions can lose information if one encodes things in OWL that cannot be expressed in OBO. For that reason, users should note that arbitrary OWL files may lose information when read into OBOEdit using the OWL Converter.
