Current plan

• try to reason over phenotype class expressions with standard reasoners
• if that fails, port OBD forward chaining reasoner to Jena
• evaluates Jena SDB vs other triplestores eg virtuosos

Data is being loaded from select OBD RDF-OWL dumps
