  • Bug #857: New and improved search functionality including improved "Search All"
  • Bug #956: Anonymous classes should not be indexed or searched
  • Bug #934: Need to be able to subscribe to notifications for specific ontologies
  • Bug #933: Need to be able to link to a filtered version of BioPortal (e.g., OBO Foundry)

  • Bug #924: Removed incorrect mapping of Cell Type, cell in vivo to Amino Acid, SpecificAminoAcid
  • Bug #919: Teleost anatomy and devlopment (TAO) now appears in the Search tab
  • Bug #896: REST calls for Concepts with Abnormal Characters now work
  • Bug #894: REST Concept IDs with Spaces now work
