The venue for the ICBO Conference is the Buffalo Marriott Niagara hotel (1340 Millersport Highway, Amherst, NY Google map), which is located at the intersection of Millersport Highway and Flint Road near the southern boundary of the University at Buffalo North (aka Amherst) Campus.

Saturday's poster session, reception, dinner banquet and keynote lecture will be held at the Center for Tomorrow, which is a short walking distance from the Marriott and from the Flint Road hotels.

Free wifi access will be available in the conference room to all ICBO participants.

For information regarding accommodation see here.

The on-line version of the ICBO Proceedings, including papers, poster descriptions, posters, and powerpoint presentations, is being compiled as a Nature Precedings Collection. The link for uploading submissions is available here: [1]. Authors should enter poster descriptions in the abstract field during the poster submission process.

You are strongly recommended to bring your posters with you. In emergencies, you can order printing of posters in advance for collection from University Print Services, which is located on Winspear Avenue, a short campus bus ride from the North Campus. Further information is available from (716) 829-3528, extension 13.

There will be two poster sessions, divided according to the initial letter of the first author's last name (A-L and M-Z, on July 24 and 25, respectively).

Session 1 posters should be mounted on the display boards in the Marriott Hotel ICBO Conference Room before 1pm on July 24. They must be taken down before noon on July 25.
