Joint NCBO-JCOR Tokyo Dissemination Workshop

On February 26-27, 2008 the first joint NCBO-JCOR Dissemination Workshop on Biomedical Ontologies took place in Tokyo. Approximately 80 persons participated. The program included the following presentations:

  • Ken Fukuda (Computational Biology Research Center, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology): The INOH pathway database: Curation, Annotation, Integration
  • Jun Nakaya (Information Center for Medical Sciences, Tokyo Medical and Dental University): Clinical Omics Ontology and National Projects in Japan (toward Social Information Infrastructure)
